Bud Light cools the fire down

Introduced nationally in 1982 as “Budweiser Light”, Bud Light is a 4.2% ABV pale lager with 110 calories. Since 2001, Bud Light has been the best-selling beer in the United States. In November 2007, the long-running slogan “Always Worth It” was replaced with “Keeps It Coming.”

It is commonly said that shaking a carbonated beverage will cause large amounts of foam to erupt upon opening, and it is often believed that shaking a bottle containing a carbonated beverage will cause the pressure inside to rise. In fact, when a pressure gauge is attached to a pressurized bottle of a carbonated beverage, it is found that the pressure within does not increase. It is instead the formation of tiny bubbles from the agitation that causes the foam; upon opening, the size of the bubbles will rapidly increase due to the reduction in pressure, resulting in excessive foaming.

Wendy’s was founded by Dave Thomas in 1969 and was named after Dave’s second daughter, Melinda Lou Thomas, then eight years old, whom her older siblings nicknamed “Wendy” (originally “Winda”, stemming from the child’s initial difficulty saying her own name), as Thomas stated in his A&E Biography show.

In comparison with other chili peppers, the jalapeño has a heat level that varies from mild to hot depending on cultivation and preparation.

“Making Love Out of Nothing At All” is a song written and composed by Jim Steinman and has been released by Air Supply and Bonnie Tyler. There have also been numerous other versions that have not been as commercially successful.

GEICO Knight & the Pips

GEICO was founded by Leo Goodwin and his wife Lillian Goodwin in 1936 to market auto insurance directly to federal government employees and their families. Goodwin was inducted into the Insurance Hall of Fame due to the success of the company.

Gladys Knight & the Pips were an R&B/soul musical act from Atlanta, Georgia, active from 1953 to 1989. Best known for their string of hit singles from 1967 to 1975, including “I Heard It Through the Grapevine” (1967) and “Midnight Train to Georgia” (1973). The longest-lived incarnation of the act featured Gladys Knight on lead vocals, with The Pips, who included her brother Merald “Bubba” Knight and their cousins Edward Patten and William Guest, as backup singers. As of 2007, the Pips appeared in a commercial for auto insurance company Geico.

In the late 1990s, [Canadian A&W] marketing and products began to take on a more retro approach. Former menu items, such as the Burger Family, were re-introduced, and marketing became more targeted toward the baby boomer generation. At the same time, the current restaurant design was introduced. The exterior features bright orange and yellow colours, reminiscent of the 1950s, while the interior is decorated with memorabilia associated with the same period. Existing restaurants were renovated to match the new style.

It has been said that the name “mozzarella“, which is clearly derived from southern Italian dialects, was the diminutive form of mozza (cut), or mozzare (to cut off) derived from the method of working. Other theories describe its origins as a minor preparation of “scamozza” (Scamorza cheese), which in its turn probably derives from “scamozzata” (“without a shirt”), with allusion to the fact that these cheeses have no hard surface covering typical of a dry cured cheese.

Arby’s was founded by Forrest and Leroy Raffel in Ohio in 1964, who were determined to own a fast food franchise based on a food other than hamburgers. The brothers wanted to use the preferred name of “Big Tex”, but that name was already being used by an Akron businessman. They eventually decided on the Arby’s moniker, based on R.B., the initials of Raffel Brothers, thus Arby’s, LLC, was born.

Irish stepdance is a type of performance dance originating in Ireland from traditional Irish dance. Irish stepdancing has been recently popularized by the world-famous show “Riverdance” and its followers. Irish stepdance is performed in most places with large Irish populations, though not all stepdancers are of Irish ancestry.

The first use of the name “chimpanzee“, however, did not occur until 1738. The name is derived from a Tshiluba language term “kivili-chimpenze”, which is the local name for the animal and translates loosely as “mockman” or possibly just “ape”. The colloquialism “chimp” was most likely coined some time in the late 1870s.

Outback Steakhouse is a casual dining American restaurant chain based in Tampa, Florida with over 900 locations in 23 countries throughout North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. It specializes in USDA Choice and, occasionally, Prime steaks and other offerings in an Australian-inspired environment.

In the US, the term “horseradish sauce” refers to grated horseradish combined with mayonnaise or salad dressing.

Boomerangs come in many shapes and sizes depending on their geographic/tribal origins and intended function. The most recognizable type is the returning boomerang, a kind of throwing stick that, when thrown correctly, travels in a curved path and returns to its point of origin. Other types of boomerang are of the non-returning sort, and indeed, some are not thrown at all but are used in hand-to-hand combat by Aboriginal people.

Jemaine Clement (born January 10, 1974 in New Zealand) is an actor, comedian and writer, best known for being half of the comedy duo Flight of the Conchords with Bret McKenzie. On February 5, 2006, Outback Steakhouse debuted a series of commercials starring Clement during Super Bowl XL. The campaign ended in July 2006.
