The jalapeño is a medium-sized chili pepper pod type cultivar of the species Capsicum annuum. A mature jalapeño fruit is 5–10 cm (2–4 in) long and hangs down with a round, firm, smooth flesh of 25–38 mm (1–1 in) wide. It is of mild to medium pungency, having a range of 1,000 to 20,000 Scoville units, depending on cultivar.

Processed cheese (also known as prepared cheese, cheese product, or cheese singles) is a food product made from cheese (and sometimes other, unfermented, dairy by-product ingredients), plus emulsifiers, saturated vegetable oils, extra salt, food colorings, whey or sugar.

A chipotle, or chilpotle, which comes from the Nahuatl word chilpoctli (meaning “smoked chili”), is a smoke-dried jalapeño. It is a chili used primarily in Mexican and Mexican-inspired cuisines, such as Mexican-American, Tex-Mex, and Southwestern dishes.

Hamburgers are sold at fast-food restaurants, diners, and specialty and high-end restaurants (where burgers may sell for several times the cost of a fast-food burger, but may be one of the cheaper options on the menu). There are many international and regional variations of the hamburger.

A chicken sandwich is a boneless, skinless, breast of chicken on a hamburger bun topped with condiments and trimmings.

The Burger Bundles/Burger Buddies products of the 1980s, [were] originally inspired by the similar products sold at White Castle and Krystal.

While BK began its foray into locations outside of the continental United States in 1963 with a store in San Juan, Puerto Rico, it did not have an international presence until several years later. Shortly after the acquisition of the chain by Pillsbury, it opened its first Canadian restaurant in Windsor, Ontario in 1969.

In the United States and Canada, burgers may be classified as two main types: fast food hamburgers and individually prepared burgers made in homes and restaurants. The latter are traditionally prepared “with everything”, which includes lettuce, tomato, onion, and often sliced pickles (or pickle relish). Cheese, either melted on the meat patty or crumbled on top, is generally an option.

The McLobster Sandwich is Ashore at McDonalds

A lobster roll is a kind of sandwich filled with lobster meat. A traditional lobster roll contains the fresh cooked meat of a lobster, tossed with mayonnaise and served on a grilled hot dog bun or similar roll, served so that the opening is on the top rather than on the side.

Some McDonald’s restaurants in New England and the Canadian Maritimes offer lobster rolls as a seasonal menu item, called the McLobster.

The McLobster, a lobster roll, is available seasonally in the Maritime Provinces. It is called McHomard in French.
