A stubby is the general term for short glass bottles used for beer. Stubbies are shorter and fatter than longneck bottles and therefore pack into a smaller space for transporting. The bottles are sometimes made with thick glass so that the bottle can be cleaned and reused before being recycled. Red Stripe beer from Jamaica uses the stubby bottle.

Mountain Dew is a caffeinated, sweet, citrus-flavored soft drink produced by PepsiCo, Inc. It was invented in Marion, Virginia and first marketed in Knoxville, Tennessee in 1948, then by the Minges family in Fayetteville, North Carolina and across the United States in 1964. When removed from its characteristic green bottle, Mountain Dew is bright yellow-green and semi-opaque.

In early 2007, Chuck Norris starred in a Mountain Dew commercial, in which he sought out revenge on two teens after putting up a video of an ostrich with Chuck Norris’ head on it and getting a million hits on a website similar to YouTube, alluding to his internet meme.

[A bubble bath], less ambiguously known as a foam bath, can be obtained by adding a product containing foaming surfactants to water and temporarily aerating it by agitation (often merely by the fall of water from a faucet). The practice is popular for personal bathing because the foam insulates the bath water, keeping it warm for longer, and (as a lime soap dispersant) prevents or reduces deposits on the bath tub at and below the water level (called “bathtub ring” and soap scum, respectively) produced by soap and hard water. It can also keep the body of the bather from being visible, preserving modesty while giving the appearance that a performer who is actually clothed is tub-bathing normally. Children find foam baths particularly amusing, so they are an inducement to get them into the bathtub.

Snuggle is the brand name of a Unilever fabric softener sold in the United States. It features a bear as its mascot. The product is available in sheets or liquid (in concentrate and non-concentrate forms). Since 1983, the Snuggle Bear has been Unilever’s mascot for its Snuggle line of fabric softener. The puppet was created by Kermit Love, the creator of the costume of Snuffleupagus from Sesame Street. The voice was originally provided by Corinne Orr.
Fabric softeners work by coating the surface of the cloth fibers with a thin layer of chemicals; these chemicals have lubricant properties and are electrically conductive, thus making the fibers feeling smoother and preventing buildup of static electricity. Other functions are improvements of iron glide during ironing, increased resistance to stains, and reduction of wrinkling.
