Steamy Swedish Sauna

A sauna is a small room or house designed as a place to experience dry or wet heat sessions, or an establishment with one or more of these and auxiliary facilities. These facilities derive from the Finnish sauna. The word sauna is also used metaphorically to describe an unusually hot or humid environment.

Expressen is a Swedish centre-right tabloid newspaper founded in 1944. It describes its editorial position as “independent liberal”.

The first edition was released in November 16, 1944. A main feature that day was an interview with the crew members of a British bomber who were successful in sinking the German ship Tirpitz.
