Happydent White Light

Tooth bleaching, also known as tooth whitening, is a common procedure in general dentistry but most especially in the field of cosmetic dentistry. Many people consider white teeth to be an attractive feature of a smile. A child’s deciduous teeth are generally whiter than the adult teeth that follow. As a person ages the adult teeth often become darker. This darkening is due to changes in the mineral structure of the tooth, as the enamel becomes less porous. Teeth can also become stained by bacterial pigments, foodstuffs and tobacco.

William Semple filed the first patent on chewing gum, patent number 98,304, on December 28, 1869.

The Flintstones smoke Winstons

The Flintstones is an American animated television series produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions [and] was one of the most successful sitcoms of all time. Inspired by the 1950s live-action sitcom The Honeymooners, The Flintstones was about a working class caveman’s life with his family and his next door neighbor / best friend. The first prime time cartoon geared for adults, the show originally aired from 1960 to 1966, on the ABC network.

The series was initially aimed at adult audiences; the first season was sponsored by Winston cigarettes and the characters appeared in several commercials for Winstons.

Winston cigarettes are manufactured for or by R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. They are named for Winston-Salem, North Carolina, the city where RJR was founded and headquartered.

The brand was introduced in 1954, and became the best-selling brand of cigarettes in the United States. It held the #1 spot from 1966 to 1972, thanks to the successful marketing slogan “Winston tastes good like a cigarette should.” In the last national survey in 2001, Winston ranks sixth in market value. It is also known for their claim of being “additive free” although a secondary warning label on their advertisements states that “no additives in our tobacco does NOT mean a safer cigarette.”

Smoking, particularly of cigarettes, is by far the main contributor to lung cancer, which at least in theory makes it one of the easiest diseases to prevent. In the United States, smoking is estimated to account for 87% of lung cancer cases (90% in men and 79% in women), and in the UK for 90%.

Marmite Breastfeeding

Marmite is a British savoury spread made from yeast extract, a by-product of beer brewing. It is a sticky, dark brown paste with a distinctive, powerful taste that polarises consumer opinion. This is reflected in the company’s marketing slogan: “Love it or hate it”.

Breastfeeding is the feeding of an infant or young child with milk from a woman’s breasts. Babies have a sucking reflex that enables them to suck and swallow milk. Experimental evidence suggests that, with few exceptions, human breast milk is the best source of nourishment for human infants. Experts still disagree about how long breastfeeding should continue to gain the most benefit, and how much extra risk is involved in using breast milk substitutes.

Vomiting (also throwing up or emesis) is the forceful expulsion of the contents of one’s stomach through the mouth and sometimes the nose. Vomiting may result from many causes, ranging from gastritis or poisoning to brain tumors, or elevated intracranial pressure (ICP). The feeling that one is about to vomit is called nausea.
